Lodging & Travel
Oticon will pay for two nights at the hotel (the night prior to the Conference starting and the first night of training), ground transportation to and from the airport and the Conference, and all meals.
Hotel Arrangements
Oticon will manage all hotel reservations based on the information you provide us in your registration record. If you will be extending your stay, please be sure to enter the correct check-in and check-out days including any extra nights, and we will book your stay for you. Please note that the Oticon group rate is offered for any additional nights based on hotel availability, and cannot be guaranteed until four weeks prior to the event.
Air Travel
Oticon will cover round-trip flights, provided you book your flight arrangements through our travel agent. Contact information for our travel agency will be shared approximately 90 days prior to the seminar.
Ground Transportation
If you are flying to the seminar, round-trip ground transportation between the airport and the seminar hotel is covered by Oticon, provided you book through Oticon's travel agent. Please note that due to the VA contract guidelines, we are unable to transport guests. Transportation details will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to the seminar.
Driving to the Hotel
If you are driving to the seminar, your parking at the hotel will be covered by Oticon.
Rules of Behavior Form
All attendees
must complete the
Rules and Behavior form to be eligible. A complete Rules of Behavior form is required in order to book flights and attend the training. You may complete it before starting registration, then upload the completed form during registration. To upload at a later time, a link will be included in your confirmation email.
